Our photos are provided in PNG format. We chose PNG format to provide high quality images with minimal compression to our customers. This makes our photos ideal for print work, allows for more flexibility in the editing process, and reduces loss of image quality for any of your needs (web, print, illustration, etc.). A PNG image is a lossless compression file format that results in a large file size than other options such as JPG images.
The preview images you see on our website are JPG format.

The first preview photo is cropped to a specific size. The second preview photo is the actual aspect ratio of the photo that you should expect when you download your photo after purchase.

MOV files are high quality, high bitrate video files with little to no compression. This leads to the large file size. MOV files are better for the editing purposes. The downside is that MOV files have limited options for playback and compression.
MP4 files are highly compressed, but still retain high quality. This format can also work for editing purposes and is compatible across multiple platforms.
Some customers do not need and cannot us MOV files. We offer both file formats to meet our customer's needs.

No. Our prices are set at affordable rates to our consumers. We provide high quality photos and videos at what we consider discount rates in comparison to most other stock photo and video providers.

Immediately after purchase. After you have purchased an item, you will be able to select the 'Download Now' button for immediate access. You will also receive an email in plain text with a download link.

Not typically for digital goods. Our products are digital with immediate download. Once an item is downloaded we cannot offer a refund. That depends. It takes 2-7 business days to create and fulfill the order depending on the type of wall art you ordered, Posters usually ship within 2 days. Framed posters and canvas typically ship within 3-7 days.
