Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and size of the order. This is calculated at checkout. Some items and customers qualify for free or discount shipping rates. Please refer to any sales, notifications, and store messages.

Return Policy

All orders are directly fulfilled by the fulfillment company Printful® Inc. The term fulfillment company in this shipping policy refers to Printful® Inc. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the fulfillment company’s part are covered at their expense.

Please contact Maebzo before attempting to return a product. Maebzo is not liable if a product is returned without prior notification and coordination. 

If you notice an issue with products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. Your issue will be reviewed and an appropriate course of action will be provided that includes a refund, exchange, or return.

The return address is set by default to the fulfillment company facility. When the fulfillment company receives a returned shipment, Maebzo is contacted via an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If the fulfillment company facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment company facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment company and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
